Grown at altitudes ranging from 5900 – 7200 feet above sea level, this Ethiopian coffee comes from the country’s Oromia region. As you would expect from a Guji, this coffee is both complex and balanced. Strong notes of lemon-lime and merlot carry this full-bodied coffee. It makes for a wonderful, clean Chemex or V60, but also pulls a remarkable espresso shot. This is a must-try!
