Season’s Drinkings is back again and better than ever! This year, we partnered with K.O. Distilling (Manassas, Va.) to snag a freshly-emptied white oak cask used to distill some of K.O.’s rye whiskey spirits. We tossed in 100 lbs. of a lovely washed coffee from the Rwinyoni washing station along Rwanda’s western border and the resulting concoction is pure magic.
Caramel sweetness, white chocolate and lemon notes melt wonderfully into the rye spice and vanilla glaze you’d expect from a fine K.O. spirit.
